Refunds & Returns
We want you to love what you receive—and we’re here to make it right if something goes wrong. Our refund and exchange policy is based on the type of product or service you order:
Standard (Non-Personalized) Prints
Standard prints are pre-designed items available as-is, and are eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping/drop-off unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Important Notes on Customization vs. Personalization:

Choosing a standard color from our available palette on the product page does not count as customization or personalization

Customization refers to any request that modifies the design or structure of the model itself, and the return policy for customization is outlined below

However, requesting special colors or materials—even if there’s no additional charge—is considered personalization, and such items are not eligible for return or refund

Custom Modeling Services
Custom design work (3D modeling) is non-refundable, as it involves time and creative labor.
However, customer satisfaction matters—in some cases, we may offer limited remodeling or revisions depending on the scope of your original request.
Custom Prints Using Customer-Provided Models
We cannot offer refunds for prints based on your uploaded model unless:

The file is determined to be unprintable due to errors, and

A resolution (like minor edits) is not possible
Custom Prints Modeled In-House
Custom prints based on models we create for you are not eligible for refund once model is approved.
To ensure satisfaction:

We offer scaled sample prints upon request

You’ll receive a digital model preview for approval before final production
