What are "standard" 3D prints?

These are pre-designed, ready-to-print items that we offer on demand. They’ve been pre-configured with specific material and dimensions and have limited customizations.

Can I request changes to a standard print?

If a standard print allows for color changes, it will be an option on the product page. For other custom changes (like size, material, or personalization), please submit a request through our custom order form. We will let you know if the existing design file can accommodate your request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard prints typically ship or are ready for pickup within 3-5 business days, depending on the design complexity and order volume.

Can you print a file I already have?

Yes! Just upload your 3D model (STL, OBJ, or STEP file) in the custom order form. We'll review it and send you a quote.

I don't have a model. Can you design one for me?

Absolutely. Sure your idea, sketches, or references in the form. We'll work with you to create a custom 3D model before printing.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on the complexity, size, print time, and material used. You'll receive a custom quote and invoice after we review your request.

How long do custom order take?

Design + print time can range from 3-10 business days, depending on the scope. We'll give you a delivery estimate with your quote and notify you immediately of any changes.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity. For bulk orders (10+ units), we offer discounted rates, just make sure you included the quantity in your form.

Do you offer rush printing?

Yes, for an additional fee. Let us know your timeline in the form, and we'll try to accommodate.

Do you offer local delivery?

We do offer local delivery in select areas! If you’re interested, just mention it in your order notes or email us to coordinate.
